Booking
Terms & Conditions:
1.
Deposit
Bookings
will be held for 7 days
and will be provisional
until receipt of a 30% deposit.
2.
Final Payment
The
full balance of the cottage
rental is payable 6 weeks
prior to holiday. If booking
is within 6 weeks full payment
is required with booking.
3.
Cancellation
If
it is necessary for you
to cancel your booking less
than 4 weeks prior to your
holiday any money paid will
be retained by us unless
the cottage is re-let, which
we will make every endeavour
to do. Holiday insurance
is advisable.
4.
Accommodation Limitation
The
maximum occupancy is for
4 people
5.
Pets
One
well-behaved dog is welcome
on condition that dogs
are not allowed on the furniture,
in the bedrooms or left
in the cottage unattended.
6.
Visitor Obligations
Visitors
are required to leave the
cottage clean and tidy when
they leave. Visitors will
be held responsible for
any damage caused by them
to furniture, fixtures or
effects. It is requested
that any damage or breakage
be reported as soon as possible.
7.
Right of Entry
The
owners of the property
reserve the right to enter
the property at any reasonable
time for any reasonable
cause.
8.Loss
of Visitors Property
The
owners cannot be held responsible
for loss or damage to any
belongings or for injury
sustained by the Visitor
or members of his/her party
during their stay. |
